509 FITNESS IS A GROUP BASED, METABOLIC RESISTANCE TRAINING FACILITY.
Here is the rundown on what we do and how the sessions work.
1. 509 fitness will hold up to 7 high energy classes per day lead by a highly motivated, personable and knowledgeable trainer. You will never be alone, we FOcus on individual needs in a group setting.
2. No two days will ever be the same always challenging you in new ways so your workouts never get boring ! This promotes consistency which is the +1 key to success.
3. all classes for the day will be the same. For example: the 530am class will be the same as the 515PM class.
4. class sizes are limited. This ensures we can remain focued on individual needs and modifications to exercises if needed based on fitness level. Registration for each class is required to ensure we do not overbook classes. You can do this online or on our app with your free trial, memberships, or session packs.
5. each class will have 4 different phases:
Phase 1: Warm Up (5 Mins)- This phase wake the body and mind up, preparing to move. This is also a time we build community and connections.
Phase 2: Instruction (2-5 mins) – We will go over the workout for the day explaining each movement, station, etc. so you know exactly what’s goin on.
Phase 3: The Workout (30-35 Mins)- The trainer will lead each class, transitioning between stations and movements while offering individual modifications challenging each individual according to their fitness level.
Phase 4: The Cool-Down (5 mins) – After each class we will stretch and slow the body down. This is also a great time for questions as well as connecting with other people.
6. every class will have a specific strength focus to pair with daily cardio movements. We will rotate that focus between upper body, lower body, and Full Body.
