How do you monitor clients progress?
We have two ways we track progress to ensure results.
- MyZone: This heart rate tracking system allows us to monitor your heart rate and caloric burn in real time. Learn more about MyZone by CLICKING HERE
- InBody 570: We use this to show real progress. It will eliminate all questions of what is fat vs muscle vs water. There is much more to seeing results than just losing weight. Learn more about the InBody 570 by CLICKING HERE

Is this Crossfit?
I’d like to say we are very different from CrossFit. If someone is looking to become a better athlete by focusing on heavy lifting, 1 rep maxes, and Olympic lifts such as power cleans and snatches then CrossFit is definitely the place to go. An individual with those goals will have a better experience at CrossFit.
We want to focus on a different market of customers. If you want to become healthier, lose fat and gain muscle to increase your metabolism in an environment built around consistency and a non intimidating community then 509 is the place to go. The experience is the only way to see if 509 is a great fit for any customer. We will always offer a free week trial just to make sure
